New Artillery Projectile Metal Parts Facility in Mesquite, TX
The modern, scalable production facility features high levels of automation and innovative manufacturing processes with the use of Universal Artillery Projectile Lines (UAPL). These projectile lines will produce 155mm artillery metal parts and offer the flexibility to manufacture a variety of projectile metal parts ranging in calibers from 60mm to 155mm.
Awarded $55 Million Bradley Active Protection System Contract
In partnership with Elbit Systems, the Iron Fist solution provides 360-degree protection coverage for close range encounters in both open terrain and urban environments. Utilizing dual sensing – a search-and-track radar and infrared sensor – the system offers a unique operational capability with robust and reliable threat detection, accurate trajectory prediction, as well as short reaction time to initiate target-defeat engagement.

Awarded $218 Million to Expand Artillery Production
This contract will fund the installation of a LAP facility using modernized processes and the latest generation air-cooling techniques. The air-cooling technology has been demonstrated to improve the quality and efficiency of the 155mm artillery LAP process, while leveraging more environmentally responsible methods to reduce hazardous waste.
