The following document may be used by all Suppliers and Supplier Sub-tiers when validating internal changes (all programs) or when validating GD-OTS requested changes (excluding Hydra-70).

Corrective Action Request
The section is applicable to all Suppliers and Supplier Sub-tiers issued a Corrective Action Request and provides guidance for completion and submittal of corrective action documents. Use of this form is mandatory.
